I've known Goldalee most of my llife. She lived down the block from my Aunt Fannie, and we use to play together often. I spent a lot of time at my Aunt's after my Sister got polio in the late 1940's. Goldalee was always so kind and sweet and warm, not to mention so pretty. May her memory be a blessing to her family and the world. Micki Berg

So terribly sad today. Jerry was the essence of the Yiddish term, Gutten Nachumah...a good soul. Friends since Durfee and throughout life. My first crush, although I wasn't alone. His kindness and warmth and caring nature were reflected in everything he did. He was one of the few people who called me Muriel, and I called him Jerome. Hey Carol, Last I heard, you were living in England? Remember me...Muriel Grossberg, now Micki Berg PhD, mother of 6 and grandmother of 11. I am a Life Coach. And you?

I am filled with gratitude for my 6 children, and 11 amazing grandchildren, 8 of whom live within a mile of me. The photo is of my children...many moons ago.

Thanks for the great comment Barbara. Actually Mitzi, Barbara Bernstein (Rubenstein), Sharon Young (Rubenstein), and Debbie Gussin (Tucker) are still close. We have a once a year trip to Florida in March. Mitzi and Sharon live in Boynton Beach. I have a son and daughter-in-law and 2 beautiful granddaughters in Glendale, and a daughter and her boy friend in San Francisco.
